What's the difference between full management and Rent to Own exit?

Full management means we look after your property day-to-day — finding tenants, collecting rent and handling everything — while you keep ownership. Rent to Own exit means we place a motivated tenant buyer, you receive guaranteed income, and they purchase at the end of the term.

Can I start with management and move to Rent to Own later?

Absolutely. Many landlords start with full management and then move to the Rent to Own exit when they're ready to sell. We'll support you through both.

How is the Rent to Own sale price agreed?

The future sale price is agreed upfront between you and BYI — set out clearly in legal documents from day one. You know exactly what you'll receive and when.
